Started getting hot here in Phoenix a few weeks ago and driving my newly converted TT daily, I had my first problem, car getting too hot. Drained the radiator added a half bottle of water wetter and rest distilled water. Helped a ton but letting the car sit at idle after about an hour of driving with the a/c on the needle would start to rise. Talked to Bernie, told him I was desperate and ordered an HI pulley, before my payment could even clear this box showed up at my door(Thanks Bernie!).
Comparison (NA pulley,TT pulley, HI pulley):

Unfortunately I could not get my Blazt system to work with my ecu now, so I guess I just have to give my opinion based on the stock needle. Drove the car for 35 minutes(a/c on) in 105 degree heat, including a 9 minute idle at the bank drive thru. The needle stayed right down below the 9 o'clock position the entire time. Before, even with the new coolant mixture I would have to shut the a/c off because the needle would be rising. So if you are having cooling issues and have a smaller diameter UD pulley I would definately recommend getting this pulley.
